We make things better for those people who live, work, visit and shop in Leeds city centre. Our improvements include street cleaning, animating public spaces, boosting skills and training, and providing a warm welcome to all who visit.
By animating and enhancing the city centre, we raise the city’s profile, putting Leeds firmly on the map in attracting talent, visitors, and investment.
The key to the success of our projects is collaboration. By collaborating with our levy payers and the city’s creators, we have instigated bold new ideas and amplified existing initiatives.
We are a small, agile team, able to quickly adapt to the changing needs of an expanding city in motion. Each year, the BID and its levy payers invest £2.8M in Leeds city centre. Our projects have become part of the daily landscape (and skyline) of the city, making Leeds a better place to live, work, and visit.
