Well‑known Leeds faces are supporting the city’s 400‑year celebrations as TRIVIAL PURSUIT Leeds comes to the city this summer.
TRIVIAL PURSUIT Leeds runs from 25th July-30th August 2026, transforming the city centre into a live, interactive version of Hasbro’s iconic board game — and marking 400 years since Leeds was granted its royal charter.
LeedsBID is once again partnering with leading games and toy company Hasbro, following the incredible success of MONOPOLY Leeds Takeover in 2024.
Residents and visitors are invited to journey across the city, answering questions and collecting wedges across all six classic categories: Entertainment, Geography, Sports & Leisure, Science and Nature, History, and Art & Literature.
Helping to bring Leeds’ story to life is a host of famous faces with a connection to the city. Leeds-born presenter Alex Zane will be helping share the stories behind the people, places, and moments that define Leeds, plus a rollcall of well-known names — from actors Angela Griffin and Jim Moir to Bank of England Governor Andrew Bailey and Ryder Cup captain Luke Donald — are appearing virtually to pose a special Question for Today.
There’s the chance to win a £500 Hays Travel voucher plus weekly prize bundles up for grabs, featuring experiences and offers from Everyman Cinema, Leeds Playhouse, The Met Hotel, Tenpin, and more.
With classic and junior questions throughout, the experience is designed for all ages.
It’s a celebration of 400 years of Leeds, told one question at a time.
