Leeds Jurassic Trail

2019

Crowd pleasing roarsome attraction

Leeds city centre became the hunting ground for some prehistoric reptiles in the summer of 2019.

The UK’s first ever city centre animatronic dinosaur trail roared into life in Leeds, bringing the giant creatures up close and personal.

Families flocked in to embark on the trail to uncover all five sites where the dinosaurs had been spotted and take part in a number of Jurassic-inspired events and activities.

“LeedsBID is about bringing businesses together and animating the city with experiences which would otherwise not normally happen – and you don’t get much bigger than dinosaurs. This is one of our most roar-some projects to date.”
